About this task
A multi-touch reminder workflow that significantly reduces no-shows. Sends a first reminder 48 hours before the appointment and a final reminder 2 hours prior. Patients can reply YES to confirm or NO to cancel, which automatically updates the appointment status in iDentalPro and alerts staff if a slot opens up.
